The staff was very cute, I appreciate that. The hotel cat was also very sweet. It was a nice touch. The location is great. Many bars and restaurants are nearby. Transport links were also fab.
The hotel gave us two rooms, but they weren't connecting, what a shame. I could also hear every conversation in the next room, the walls are so thin.

I appreciated the convenient location near the metro station. It made traveling around the city very easy. The staff helped me store my luggage both before check-in and after checkout. The hotel's placement in a quiet passage. I found the experience quite wonderful overall.
my room lacked air conditioning which caused SOME discomfort during the night.

Breakfast includes fresh orange juice that was GREAT, it also includes a selection of pastries. The breakfast setup appears trusting as guests take what they need without constant checks. Tea and coffee are available for free all day.

The hotel's entrance is within Passage Jouffroy. I enjoyed walking through it each day. Passage Jouffroy is secured at night with a buzzer for entry. The Grands Boulevards Metro station is VERY close by. Many restaurants and cafés are within an easy walk.

The front desk staff are pleasant. The staff seem polite and helpful. They provided a fan in the room. I found the atmosphere relaxed, WHICH i appreciated very much. The staff were accommodating.

The hotel cat named clarinet sometimes sleeps on the staircase. A kettle is available for guest use. My room included SOME space. The cleanness was immaculate. I found the trusting nature of the hotel reassuring.
